DUII Lawsuit Filed Against Restaurant

A lawsuit has been filed in Chicago against a local restaurant who over-served a local prosecutor. The prosecutor was involved in a DUII crash. The attorney was served so much alcohol she was over three times the legal limit for driving. In Oregon, a restaurant, bar or social host can be liable for serving someone who is visibly intoxicated.
